It's kind of hard to describe my experience at TeenPact. Not because it was strange or because I'm not sure how I felt about it, but because it was so vast and impressive. I was already expecting to really enjoy TeenPact, but the week turned out to be so much more than I was even expecting. I think I was convicted and encouraged spiritually more than I was impacted by the government/leadership learning part of it. I shan't dive in too deep in that regard. But I will try to sum it up with a few brief thoughts.
Everyone I met was wonderful, and I made so many great new friends.
Visiting the capitol was fun, and I learned a new respect for a few of my friends that I'd known before hand that were staffing during the week.
I learned a lot, about government, about leadership, and about my relationship with God. All in all, it was an extremely educational and impactful and fun week.
P.S. The half has not been told.

Aaaand one of my favorite parts of the week: 'Umm, does he have a blog? I think I follow him...' Good job, Jared.
