friday (because I meant to post this yesterday)

Weather, you could not be more wonderful. It was, indeed, a good day. I spent a good bit of time outside in the wonderful weather, shootin' hoops and mowin' the yard. Then Dad told me he wanted me to wash the cars (his and the van). But it turned out my two cousins were here too, with their cars, and, of course, I couldn't very well have gotten into a big car washing without including theirs in the wash queue also. I was kinda bummed out about having to wash four cars. No, I take that back. Not bummed out. Just not really really excited about it. So I forced my mind to look at it logically: hey. The weather is great. You get to play with soap and water and a water hose. You're not doing anything else productive.

That helped. But I still wasn't totally convinced I was gonna have a blast. So I got Carl and put all of the Lifehouse albums (including the new one! if you haven't heard it, go listen to it RIGHT NOW. it's AWESOME.), and that helped a LOT. And then. Then when I turned on the hose, a beautiful rainbow hovered over the spray, and then I was sold. Because I could not capture my own rainbow, I decided to provide you with this one:

So I decided to go ahead and take a little bit of my soul back from CRWT 3307 and check out your revised and updated blog. And I'm so happy I did! Way to go you for being a posty posterson!
